Riders! Welcome to Georgia 2019! We’re glad you are here. In order to get your bike down safely, here is the plan.

Bike prep

Mark your seatpost height with electrical tape. We aren’t planning on adjusting any bikes, but just in case. Bring a wheel bag for your front wheel. If you bring an extra wheelset, it must be in a wheel bag! Label your bike with a piece of masking tape or painters tape on the top tube with your name and phone number. Label your wheel bags with your name and phone number.

If you don’t bring a wheel bag, I can’t guarantee that your fancy wheels won’t be flopping about the cabin, doing damage to themselves and your buddies’ bikes.

Can I include an extra bag so I don’t have to fly with it?

Sure! Make it small, and label it.

What about bike tools?

I’ll have a work stand and a small stash of the usual tools. Want something particular for your bike? Bring it. I am not your mechanic. Bring a bike pump for each house or so. Be sure to label it!

Bike dropoff

You must drop off your bike and a small bag you’d like to chuck in the van on this date. No exceptions.
